Laure Michelle is an experienced litigator with more than 20 years’ expertise in fraud and asset recovery, focusing on complex and unconventional disputes that often require innovative legal strategies. Her practice encompasses litigation on international matters, particularly connected to Monaco and France.
Laure advises clients on international disputes, including enforcement proceedings and interim measures, and also handles a broad range of related matters such as real estate, commercial and business law, insolvency, inheritance disputes, maritime labour law, and employment law. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, she practiced in Paris for a decade before joining Donald Manasse Law Offices and is now a member of the Nice Bar.
She leads the firm’s multi-jurisdictional litigation and dispute resolution practice in the Nice office and regularly appears before the Monaco and French courts. Laure is a graduate of Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds Master’s degrees in Environmental Law, European and International Law, and Private and Procedural Law.
